Lumora Dynamics operates the Founders Circle, an exclusive membership platform that provides:

• Early access to our suite of digital platforms including LumoraTrax, Lumora Social, and other products in development
• Affiliate marketing opportunities with commission-based earnings
• Educational resources and training materials
• Community access and networking opportunities
• Premium content and exclusive benefits

3. Account Registration and Membership

To access certain features of our Services, you must create an account. You agree to:

3.2 Membership Eligibility

4.3 Payment Terms

Affiliate commissions are paid monthly, provided the minimum payout threshold is met. We reserve the right to withhold payment for fraudulent activity, chargebacks, or violations of these Terms.

5. Payment and Billing

5.1 Fees and Charges

Membership fees are clearly stated during the registration process. All fees are charged in USD unless otherwise specified. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all applicable fees.

5.2 Refund Policy

Given the exclusive nature of Founders Circle membership and immediate access to digital content:

• All sales are final for digital products and membership access
• Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of purchase
• Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in immediate account termination
• Refund requests must be submitted through our official support channels

5.3 Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify pricing for new members. Existing Founders Circle members receive locked-in pricing as specified at the time of their membership purchase.

6. Intellectual Property Rights
